I’m designing and building tools for REI Co-Op store employees that help them do their jobs with ease, confidence and joy.

Most recently, I led a team to reimagine the stocking workflows across 200 locations. Currently, I’m focused on ways to make product lookup in our stores easier and more efficient for store employees.

I got into bouldering last year and now I’m totally obsessed with it. I climb 3-4 days a week at my local bouldering gym and I’m working to get my upper body and core stronger. My goal this year is to progress my climbing grade from V2 to V4.
