Yesterday, Garbage Day turned seven years old. What started a weekly roundup of weird stories my editors weren’t interested in has turned into a media company that now employs half a dozen people.

Garbage Day (the newsletter) and Panic World (the podcast) are two pieces of media I look forward to each week. I’m so glad it’s become a sustainable business for them. This is the way forward for the future of journalism.
